Introducing Stratified. Your Content Health solution.

If you’re like most content creators out there, then you are responsible for managing various content types across multiple channels, all managed from separate tools. You care that the content is up to date, that none if it is redundant or obsolete, that each piece meets the end-user’s needs, and that it satisfies the goals of your organization. Unfortunately, your CMSes lack the tools to help you manage it all.

More than likely, if you are keeping track of it at all, you’re doing it in a massive, clunky spreadsheet (or spreadsheets). It logs URLs, categories, SMEs, notes, complicated date formulas, and all kinds of other data. There are hundreds, maybe even thousands, of rows. You call it “the mother of all spreadsheets.” Or if you’re a pro, you call it the “content inventory.” It’s hard to manage, and sometimes more work than you think it’s worth.

And worst of all, only you and a few others know about it. The spreadsheet is yours to manage. Yours to live by. You start and end your days in the spreadsheet. And it does the job.

Sort of.

Can you easily organize the spreadsheet by product, channel, category, feature, project, or audit schedule?

Can Sally the developer see when the last update to her documentation was made, what it was, why it was made, and by whom?

Can Dave the product manager request an audit of his product’s courses and documentation? And check in to see progress and statuses?

Can the head of Customer Success open your spreadsheet and see how much content is managed, how often things are being created, reviewed, updated, and archived? Or better yet, how often customers are accessing it?

Can someone in Support create a task for you to add an important detail on a How-To article?

Can anyone open it up and see the history, notes, tasks, and comments for each content item, or project, or product, or… whatever.

Probably not.

All this may not be possible with your spreadsheet.

But it will be with Stratified. Stratified is a Content Health platform. It combines a content inventory, audit/review processes, tracking and analytics, and project management into one place. You, your team, and others in your organization will have a bird’s eye view of all content, all the time, from anywhere.

In early 2023, you’re invited to try out Stratified in a beta that’s available to anyone who signs up.

Here’s what you’ll be able to do in the beta:

  • Import your existing content tracking spreadsheets or start tracking from scratch

  • See important content data in one place

  • Schedule content audits
